For the ALICE IN WINTERLAND SURPRISE PROPOSAL contest, enter between 12:01am on November 26, 2018 and 11:59pm on December 2, 2018.  NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To enter, submit an essay using the online entry form at radioalice.com in twenty-five (25) words or less explaining why an ‘ALICE IN WINTERLAND PROPOSAL’ is right for you. Anyone can submit a “ALICE IN WINTERLAND PROPOSAL” essay, there are no gender restrictions. Station judges will judge all essay entries based on the most believable, sincere, compelling, and originality. Decisions of judges are final.   At approximately 1:00pm on December 3, 2018, one (1) winner will be selected from all entries received and, upon verification will receive: two tickets to Alice in Winterland, December 6, 2018, at the Masonic in San Francisco, and a gift certificate to the San Francisco Gift Center and Jewelry Mart, and will make a surprise proposal from the stage at the Alice in Winterland concert, December 6, 2018 at the Masonic in San Francisco. The Certificate is valid for only one transaction with one retailer operating within the San Francisco Gift Center and Jewelry Mart (“SFGCJM”) and cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts (including, without limitation, any current 2018 holiday promotions). New Year’s Eve in Las Vegas contest starts on November 26, and ends on November 30, 2018 at 5:05pm PT. To enter on air, listen to Alice @ 97.3 (KLLC-FM) November 26, 2018 through November 30, 2018 at approximately 5:05p PT for the cue to call and win.  When you hear it, call 1-800-400-FM97. Caller 97 will win two (2) tickets to Ariana Grande, May 2, 2019 at SAP Center at San Jose and qualifies a chance to win the grand prize trip to Las Vegas for New Year’s Eve 2018. There will be up to a total of five (5) Qualifying Prize winners and one (1) Grand Prize winner selected in the Promotion.

Five (5) qualifying prizes will be awarded in this promotion. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the qualifying prize is $100.00. The prize(s) is awarded as is. One Grand Prize will be awarded.  The Grand Prize is: i.) Roundtrip coach airfare for the Winner and one (1) guest (age 21 or older) between a commercial airport within ninety (90) miles of the Winner’s residence (airport to be determined in the sole discretion of the Contest Administrator) and a Las Vegas, NV area airport, departing on December 28, 2018 and returning on January 1, 2019; ii.) four (4) nights of double occupancy hotel accommodations for the Winner and their one (1) guest at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas hotel (3708 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89109) checking in on December 28, 2018 and checking out on January 1, 2019; iii.) two (2) passes to the Ariana Grande concert at The Chelsea (3708 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89109) on December 29, 2018; and iv.) two (2) passes to the Imagine Dragons concert at The Chelsea (3708 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89109) on December 31, 2018.  The Approximate Retail Value of the Prize is $2,500.00.  Winner and guest must both be 21+.

Five (5) Qualifying Prize winners will be selected on-air in accordance with these Official Rules. One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected on November 30, 2018 at approximately 5:30p PT in a random drawing of all Qualifying Prize winners.
