Alice’s Spring Fling to Hawaii contest starts on April 16, 2018 at 9:05am PT and ends on April 20, 2018 at 5:05pm PT. To enter on air, listen to Alice @ 97.3 (KLLC-FM) April 16, 2018 through April 20, 2018 at approximately 9:05am, 12:05pm, 3:05pm and 5:05pm for the cue to call and win.  When you hear it, call 1-800-400-FM97. Caller 97 will win a qualifying prize of two (2) tickets to the Daryl Hall and John Oates + Train concert May 4, 2018 at SAP Center at San Jose courtesy of Live Nation and qualify for a chance to win the Grand Prize Spring Fling to Hawaii.  You must be 21 or older to win.   There will be up to a total of twenty (20) Qualifying Prize winners and one (1) Grand Prize winner selected in the Promotion.

 Twenty (20) qualifying prizes will be awarded in this promotion. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the qualifying prize is $77.00. The concert tickets are only valid for the Daryl Hall and John Oates + Train concert May 4, 2018 at SAP Center at San Jose.  The prize(s) is awarded as is. Tickets are not refundable or transferable, and may not be substituted or exchanged for cash or credit at any time, nor will tickets be replaced if lost or stolen.  Tickets may not be sold to a third party.  Resale is strictly prohibited.  If a prize-related event is unable to take place as scheduled, for reasons such as cancellation, preemption, postponement or unavailability, including for weather, or for any reason beyond the control of the Promotion Entities, their sole responsibility to the winner(s) will be to award the remaining available elements of the prize(s) and no substitution or compensation will be provided for the unawarded elements of the prize(s).  Winner and guest(s) must abide by all venue policies.

 One Grand Prize will be awarded.  The Grand Prize Is a gift certificate for a (i) four-night Ocean View stay (double occupancy) on Fairmont’s Gold Floor at Fairmont Orchid located at 1 North Kaniku Drive, Kohala Coast, Hawaii 96743 courtesy of Fairmont Orchid; (ii) and a check in the amount of $1200.00 from KLLC.  Reservations for the Fairmont Orchid 4-night stay may be made up to 5 months prior to requested dates.  The Fairmont Orchid gift certificate expires April 30, 2019.  Reservations are subject to availability. Blackout dates are December 30, 2018 to January 4, 2019.  You must present the original Fairmont Orchid gift certificate to the Front Desk upon check-in. No copies. The Fairmont Orchid gift certificate may not be combined with any other discounts or promotions and must be redeemed on consecutive nights. The Fairmont Orchid gift certificate cannot be redeemed for cash and is void if sold, transferred or conveyed for cash or any other consideration, not will the gift certificate be replaced if lost or stolen.  Fairmont reserves the right to not honor the gift certificate if it believes it has been resold or transferred contrary to this provision.  Incidental charges are the responsibility of the Grand Prize winner.  Other restrictions may apply.  Grand Prizewinner and their guest must be at least 21 years of older and possess a valid passport.  The Grand Prize winner may be required to present a valid credit card upon hotel check-in to cover any incidental expenses incurred during the winner’s stay. The Station and or Fairmont and or Fairmont Orchid, in their sole discretion, reserves the right to deny entry to or to remove the winner(s) and/or guest(s) if either engages in disruptive behavior or in a manner with intent to annoy abuse, threaten or harass any other person at any prize related event. Round trip airfare is not included in the Grand Prize package for the winner or their guest. The Grand prizewinner is responsible for covering any and all airfare costs.  ARV of the Grand Prize $3,000.00. 

Twenty (20) Qualifying Prize winners will be selected on-air in accordance with these Official Rules. One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected on April 23, 2018 at approximately 11:00am PT in a random drawing of all Qualifying Prize winners. Odds of winning a Qualifying Prize depend upon the number and order of calls received.  Odds of a Qualifying Prize winner winning the Grand Prize are 1 in 20.  Qualifying Prizewinners must listen to the Station to win a Qualifying Prize, but do not need to be present to win a Qualifying Prize.  The Grand Prize winner does not need to listen to the Station or be present to win the Grand Prize.
