It has been a #RuffLife for Danny Trejo as a stray dog.
In a new public service announcement from the animal advocacy group Friends of Animals, the Machete star explains his hard knock life as a stray dog on the streets.
Trejo the dog explains his background checkered with a dad that “humped everything in sight” and a mom that was a ‘huge bitch.’ Trejo fate behind bars was sealed when the dog catcher (played by Jaleel White of Urkel fame) caught him in the park where he was “just chillin'”.
We are also introduced to gang life in the pound and the alarming idea that stray cats are turning to prostitution on the streets.
“You can’t teach an old dog new tricks. But for some of these cats, tricks is a way of life.”
It is all made in the name of getting your pet spayed or neutered to help reduce the 3 million dogs and cats that die in shelters every year.
