Kenji Yoshino, the Chief Justice Earl Warren Professor of Constitutional Law and New York University School of Law, talks about the court case against Proposition 8, the beauty of the trial, and the current situation as the Supreme Court prepares to issue a final ruling on same-sex marriage in the United States.
