Is dancing yourself awake better than coffee? You’re about to find out.

Daybreaker, an organization that holds (sober) dance parties in the wee hours aimed at waking you up in a different sort of way, is back at it in San Francisco with a special event in honor of the late Google exec Dan Fredinburg.

For this party, which will take place Friday, May 1, they’ve partnered with Hornblower cruise lines (like they’ve done in the past), so guests can take part in some pre-dance yoga and then bust a move on the boat deck — all before heading into work.

Yoga begins at 6:30 am sharp, and will run until 7:30. The boat takes off promptly at 7:30, and will return to the dock at 9 am for the dance party to continue until 9:30 am.

To take part, head to the organization’s ticketing page and grab yours before they run out!
