We have already tried the Taco Bell Quesarito in a previous taste test. If you are unfamiliar with the Quesarito, it is basically a burrito with a grilled quesadilla wrapped around it. Frankly, it is pretty darn good.
According to their website, the Sriracha Quesarito is “the Quesarito you love now with 2 layers of our insanely good Sriracha sauce.” Sounds simple and also sounds like a brilliant idea.
The taste of the Sriracha Quesarito is really a miss. For my taste, the Sriracha overwhelmed the other flavors of the Quesarito. If you really love Sriracha that might sound like a good thing but the issue is that the texture of the Quesarito starts to really standout once the flavors are limited to one. You get just a heavy mushy Sriracha flavored mass. Not good.

My partner in taste test had what sounded like a poorly constructed Sriracha Quesarito where only portions had Sriracha and a lot of it. This also poses a problem.
Overall, we would say skip the Sriracha Quesarito. You can always buy a regular Quesarito and just add the Sriracha yourself to taste. I know that is old-school but it will be much more satisfying.
That being said, I give the Sriracha Quesarito 1 Coronaries.
