Brooks Headley’s Fancy Desserts

Brooks Headley was a rock drummer by night (he had “regular” jobs during the day to pay the bills) and had no aspirations of becoming a professional chef. He explains how he ended up as an award winning pastry chef for one of the top restaurants in the country in his new book Brooks Headley’s Fancy Desserts: The Recipes of Del Posto’s James Beard Award-Winning Pastry Chef.
