CeeLo Green, the former The Voice star who saw a harsh fall from grace when he pleaded no contest this last summer for giving ecstasy to a woman he was dating and sending out controversial comments on Twitter about the situation, has given a short interview to TMZ regarding the Bill Cosby rape allegations.
“He hadn’t said anything,” Green says while in a car and holding an adorable little doggy, “which to some is an admission of guilt. That can be the perception of many since he hadn’t made a formal statement defending himself, but you can’t defend yourself in that situation.”
“You just have to let the facts speak loudest,” Green continues, “and with that being said, none of it seems fair. It’s not my place to judge him, it’s just unfortunate since he’s so beloved.”
