The Greater Good Science Center at UC Berkeley studies the psychology, sociology, and neuroscience of well-being, and teaches skills that foster a thriving, resilient, and compassionate society.

Areas of study include gratitude, compassion, altruism, how to raise happy and emotionally healthy children, how social media affects our emotions and relationships, mindfulness, the mind-body connection, and much more.

The Greater Good Science Center offers fellowships to undergraduate and graduate students whose work relates to the interests of the Center.

The Greater Good Science Center in collaboration with UC Davis is launching a three-year project Expanding the Science and Practice of Gratitude.

The Greater Good Gratitude Summit is June 7th at Craneway Pavilion in Richmond. The event will be streamed live online for those who cannot attend in person.
