Springing Forward Causes Productivity To Fall Back

Hard to believe, but it’s that time again — we turn our clocks forward an hour this weekend as we return to Daylight Saving Time.  Good news: it stays light later in the day!  Bad news: we lose an hour’s sleep, which according to a new study will wreak havoc in the workplace on Monday in the form of a phenomenon called “cyberloafing”…

New research from Penn State University shows that the disruption in our sleep this weekend will cause major productivity losses because all our sleepy brains wanna do is surf the web!  Read on for the whole scoop
