Justin Bieber’s song “One Less Lonely Girl” is now the subject of a lawsuit filed by a couple of artist managers that claim they never got paid by EMI Music Publishing, LA Reid Music Publishing Company, and their clients, Sean Hamilton and Hyuk Shin.

[photogallerylink id=63600 align=left] The Hollywood Reporter is reporting that Vance Tate and Thomas Oliveria represent songwriters Hamilton & Shin who go by the moniker A-Rex.

In 2008, A-Rex created One Less Lonely Girl for an R&B singer and then shopped it around.  [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Justin Bieber[/lastfm] ended up with the song.

Tate & Olivera claim they are entitled to 10% of the publishing royalties for A-Rex’s share of the song, which is estimated at $200,000 and they are seeking damages for breach of contract, fraud, conversion, and copyright infringement.
