BAY AREA’S ALICE @ 97.3 RADIO (KLLC-FM) PARTNERS WITH USTREAM TO POWER LIVE ONLINE VIDEO STREAMS STARTING MAY 12TH

Partnership Features Live Interactive Video Streaming During “The Sarah and Vinnie Morning Show” and “Alice Lounge” Programming

SAN FRANCISCO AND MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA – May 11, 2009 – Alice @ 97.3 Radio (KLLC-FM) and http://radioalice.com, owned and operated by CBS RADIO, one of the largest major-market operators in the United States and the No. 1 most listened to online radio service, and Ustream, the leading live online video platform, today announced a collaboration that joins live online streaming with Alice @ 97.3 programming starting May 12th. The partnership will aggregate live feeds on Ustream.com of “The Sarah and Vinnie Morning Show,” which airs 5:30-9 a.m. Pacific Time Monday through Friday, as well as other station content including “Alice Lounge” performances. Past performers in this series include Maroon 5, John Mayer and Alanis Morissette in the Green Christmas Acoustic Concert. These performances are also posted to http://radioalice.com.

Through live interactive streaming audiences across the globe will be able to watch, listen and interact with Alice @ 97.3 Radio programs. Available on Ustream.com and on radioalice.com, the live in-studio programming will be accompanied by real-time chat, allowing viewers to participate online. Alice @ 97.3 Radio content will be available from the Ustream viewing application on the iPhone, which has been downloaded more than 1 million times from the Apple App Store since its release in January.
